varietal of the cuvée, carefully harvested
by hand. |
Palate Heady vitality, enhanced by the bright minerality of the chalk of the great terroirs of Champagne, in the Côte des Blancs but also north of the Mountain of Reims and in the Nogent-l’Abbesse hill. For
this cuvée Apanage
Blanc de Blancs patiently ripened in the cellars of the house, Clément
Pierlot, cellar master, was able to blend with talent the Crus and vintages. |
