delicacy, revelation of the Meunier, exclusive varietal of the champagne carefully
harvested by hand, between aromas of candied citrus fruits, white fruits and
exotic fruits and generous scents of pastries and caramel. |
Palate Life-giving opening thanks to the rigorous selection of the first juices (cuvée) during the pressing of the grapes, underlined by the adjusted dosage with only 5 g/L of sugar added at disgorgement. Beautiful roundness, ample and creamy, characteristic sign of the maturity of the cuvée. With
this Grand Meunier, Olivier Piazza, œnologist, signs a remarkable
interpretation of the Meunier. |
