Aspect Golden yellow, coupled with a farandole of refined bubbles. Nose Heady and
eminent, it slowly disseminates aromas of apple, pear and citrus fruits, highlighted
by delicate touches of white flowers, signatures of the Chardonnay, exclusive
varietal of the champagne, carefully harvested by hand in the plots of the wine
estate, in the Côte des Bar. |
Palate The lively freshness of the opening gives way to a radiant balance, result of 4 years of ageing on laths of the bottles, with patient autolysis of the prise de mousse yeasts. With
this Cuvée Véronique with a very good value for money, Stéphane Baudouin, cellar
master of the Champagne house J. P. Baudouin, signs an inspired blanc de blancs. |
