revelation of the touching meeting of the majority of Pinot Noir (82%) with
the Chardonnay (9%) and Meunier (9%), cultivated according to the biodynamy
principles, without pesticide. |
Palate The vertiginous purity, reinforced by the absence of dosage (no sugar added at disgorgement) and driven by the minerality, unveils a generous caresse, fruit of a natural vinification, made by the terroir yeasts. With
this cuvée Quint Essence 2009,
