Aspect: Golden
yellow, brilliant. Bubbles of a
rare finesse. Nose: Heady aromatic harmony,
between sumptuousness and outstanding finesse. Initially
marked by the sensual elegance of the Chardonnay, with delicate touches of
white fruits and candied citrus fruits, the nose becomes infinitely radiant
with delicious fragrances of honey and gingerbread. |
Palate: Splendid vitality at the opening, enhanced
by the minerality of the chalk. Generous and caressing finish, supported by
subtle spices and a silky effervescence. With this reserved Cuvée BB 1843 (1,843 bottles), reference to the date of
foundation of the brand, Godefroy Baijot revisits with daring the style of
the house to offer us an unforgettable « french moment ». |
