Very fine bubbles.
Nose :
Gourmet and radiant.
The aromas of candied red and black
fruits gently interlace warm notes of brioche and roasted coffee.
Palate :
Pure attack, reinforced by the timely
stop of the malolactic fermentation.
Balanced and tasty, with a remarkable
length on the palate.
Jérôme
Niziolek-Demière, artisan wine grower, was able to enhance with talent the
continuous blending (solera) to offer us a radiant interpretation of the
Meunier.
