The aromas
of red and black fruits, expressions of the Pinot Noir (60%), delicately combine
with scents of white fruits and exotic fruits, thanks to the Chardonnay (40%).

Palate:
Beautiful balance at the opening.
Smooth
caress, underlined by the creamy effervescence and reinforced by the generous
dosage with 8 to 9 g/L of sugar added during the dosage, after disgorgement.
