Aspect Golden, brilliant and crystal-clear. Delicate bubbles. Nose Radiant
and complex scents of red and black fruits, white fruits, candied citrus
fruits and nice ripe peach, gently spicy, heady revelations of the sensual meeting
of the Pinot Noir and of the Chardonnay, in equal parts. |
Palate The lively opening, underlined by the minerality of the chalk, unveils the maturity of the cuvée, with touches of toast and pastries, result of 5 years of ageing on laths of the bottles, before riddling and disgorgement. With
this Cuvée Saint Eloi Grand Cru which uses his father’s first name, Guillaume
Vesselle signs an inspired interpretation of the
Grand Cru of Bouzy, in the Mountain of Reims. |
