Aspect Golden, brilliant, with delicate bubbles. Nose Ample and radiant with beautiful scents of red and
black fruits, gently spicy, signatures of the majority of Pinot Noir (70%), highlighted by touches of white fruits compote, citrus fruits and
white flowers, elegant expressions of the Chardonnay (30%). |
Palate The liveliness gives way to a generous roundness, delicately roasted thanks to the ageing in oak barrels of the base wines of Chardonnay, with soft flavours of honey, revelations of the maturity of the champagne obtained by 8 years of ageing on laths. With
this cuvée L’Authentic Brut, Jacky
Chaput, passionate wine grower offers us a delicious interpretation of the beautiful
terroir of Arrentières, in the Barsuraubois.
