by hand in the Grand Cru plots of Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, in the heart of the
Côte des Blancs, between aromas of white fruits and citrus fruits and delicately
iodized scents of white flowers. |
Palate Heady purity and minerality at the opening. Well-defined maturity, supported by the vinification and the ageing in oak barrels of 50% of the base wines, with bâtonnages. With
