Aspect: Golden yellow, dense and bright. Delicate effervescence. Nose: Radiant and charming, enhanced by the very low dosages, reduced
to a minimum. The black varietals, exclusive with 80% of Meunier
and 20% of Pinot Noir, generously establishes their endless harmony, between
aromas of candied red and black fruits and scents of exotic fruits. |
Palate: Ample and touching at the opening,
reinforced by the judicious fulfilment of the malolactic fermentation of the
base wines and by the 7 long years of ageing on laths of the bottles. Joyful complexity, characteristic sign of
the inspired blending of the base wines, with two thirds of reserve wines. With this cuvée Prestige, produced in the greatest respect of the
environment, Christine and Vincent Piot-Sévillano, wine growers,
offer us a rare champagne. |
