Aspect: Gold, dense and bright. Subtle and regular bubbles. Nose: Generous and radiant. The Meunier, exclusive varietal of the cuvée, is revealed with passion
between aromas of red and black fruits tenderly interlaced with scents of
exotic fruits (mango, lychee and kiwi), punctuated by delicate spices. |
Palate: Intense purity at the opening, reinforced by the adjusted dosage (low
dose of sugar added at disgorgement). The mouth takes us into a gourmet and harmonious whirl, supported by
the lively effervescence. With this cuvée 100% Meunier
Extra Brut, Patrick Manceaux offers us a heady
interpretation of the Meunier, selected in the Premiers Crus of the Mountain
of Reims. |
