Aspect:
Gold, bright.
Brilliant limpidity.
Very fine bubbles.
Nose:
Radiant generosity.
Endless complexity, between red and
black fruits, citrus fruits and delicate spices, sources of gentle emotions.

Palate:
Balanced, at the opening.
Remarkable presence, deliciously roasted thanks to the
passage in barrels of 5% of the base wines from Chardonnay.
For this cuvée Tradition
Brut, Axelle Thévenin was able to accompany with talent the meeting of the 3 champenois varietals harvested by hand
in 2013, 2014 and 2015, in the pure champenois
tradition.
