Aspect Golden, brilliant with fine bubbles. Nose Radiant aromas of white fruits compote and
candied citrus fruits, signatures of the Chardonnay selected in 2016 in old
vines (over 50 years old) and vinified separately for each plot, in vats and
demi-muids, and then aged without clarification nor filtration. |
Palate Heady purity and minerality, preludes to a creamy
sensuality, result of 6 years of ageing on laths of the bottles with corks. With this cuvée
Minéral 2016, Pascal and Ambroise Agrapart sign a rare interpretation of the
Grands Crus of Avize (« Le Champ Bouton ») and Cramant (« Les Bionnes »). |
