Aspect Golden and
crystal-clear. Nose Sensual aromas of red and
black fruits, apricot, peach and exotic fruits, punctuated by delicate spices,
signatures of the black varietals (90% Meunier and 10% Pinot Noir) selected in
2012 in the plots "Les Brusses" and "Les Bâtis" in
Baslieux-sous-Châtillon. |
Palate Remarkable presence reinforced by the adjusted dosage with only 2 g/L
of sugar added at disgorgement, coupled with a heady energy, thanks to the natural
vinification, without additives. With this cuvée Harmonie 2012 ripened 9 years on
laths before riddling and disgorgement, Isabelle and Franck Pascal sign a brilliant
blanc de noirs. |
