Aspect Golden and crystal-clear. Nose Endless aromatic farandole, between aromas of red and black fruits,
apple, pear and exotic fruits, thanks to the inspired blending of the 3 champenois varietals (60% Chardonnay,
30% Pinot Noir and 10% Meunier), carefully harvested by hand in 2011. |
Palate The purity unveils a radiant
delicacy, thanks to 10 years of ageing on laths of the bottles with corks. With this cuvée Jadis 2011 vinified and then
aged in oak barrels, Virginie and Laurent
Vanpoperinghe, in the process of conversion to organic viticulture, sign a touching
interpretation of the Premiers Crus of Cumières and Hautvillers. |
