Aspect Gold, bright, driven by a delicate effervescence. Nose The scents of white fruits and citrus fruits mingle
with touches of exotic fruits, signatures of the Pinot Blanc, carefully harvested
by hand in 2014 in the plot « Le Cornoyer », in Fontette, in the Côte
des Bar. |
Palate Radiant generosity, obtained by
the long ageing on laths of the bottles (minimum 74 months) and supported by a seductive tension, reinforced by the
timely stop of the malolactic fermentation of the base wines. With this cuvée Le Cornoyer Pinot Blanc Extra
Brut presented in a box, Frédéric Roger, cellar master, signs a rare and heady champagne. |
