Aspect Gold, driven by a refined effervescence. Nose Radiant aromatic harmony, between candied red and black fruits, citrus
fruits, apple and pear compote and touches of exotic fruits, thanks to the inspired
meeting of the majority of Pinot Noir (75%) and Chardonnay, carefully harvested
by hand in 2015. |
Palate Heady purity at the opening, obtained by the rigorous selection of the first juices (cuvée) during the soft pressing of the grapes, and highlighted by a minimalist dosage with only 2 to 3 g/L of sugar added at disgorgement. With
this cuvée Extra Brut Millésimé
2015 Grand Cru, Sébastien Moncuit, cellar master, reveals the quintessence
of the best plots of the Grand Cru of Mailly-Champagne. |
