Aspect Golden and crystal-clear. Fine effervescence. Nose The aromas of white fruits and citrus fruits gently mingle with scents of
red fruits and spices, thanks to the inspired blending of the majority of Chardonnay
(72%) and Pinot Noir (28%), carefully harvested by hand. |
Palate Marked attack, reinforced by the adjusted dosage with only 5 g/L of sugar added at disgorgement. Later, the mouth becomes
caressing, delicately roasted, characteristic sign of 4 years of ageing on
laths of the bottles. With this Cuvée Solium, Isabelle
Tellier, œnologist and cellar master of the Champagne house Tsarine, signs an
exciting champagne. |
