Aspect Golden, with emerald glints. Nose The delicate aromas of white fruits combine with touches of exotic
fruits, signatures of the meeting of the Pinot Blanc (Blanc Vrai) and the
Chardonnay in equal parts, cultivated in the greatest respect of the
environment, to reinforce biodiversity. |
Palate Heady tension, underlined by an
adjusted dosage with only 5 g/L of sugar added at disgorgement, prelude to a sensual
delicacy thanks to 3 years of ageing on laths of the bottles, with patient
autolysis of the prise de mousse
yeasts. With this Blanc
