fragrances of candied citrus fruits, apple and pear compote, sensual signatures
of the Chardonnay, exclusive varietal of the champagne, harvested by hand in
the old vines (over 40 years old) from the Monts de Berru, in the Mountain of
Reims. |
Palate Remarkable presence and fabulous complexity, results of the vinification of the base wines in oak casks, and of the ageing according to the continuous blending pinciple (solera). With this Cuvée Henri
Merreaux, Christine Silvestre, wine grower, pays a bright homage to her great-grandfather,
founder of the Champagne house Gabriel Merreaux. |
