by scents of hazelnut and white flowers, odes to the Chardonnay selected in
2006 in two historic plots of the house (6.8 ha in the localities « Bouron
Leroi » and « Bouron du Midi »), classified as Grand Cru in
Cramant. |
Palate The vertiginous purity, enhanced by the minerality of the chalk of the Côte des Blancs, unveils a silky and radiant roundness, result of over 10 years of ageing on laths of the bottles, with slow autolysis of the prise de mousse yeasts. With this reserved and emblematic cuvée Belle Epoque Blanc de Blancs
2006, Séverine Frerson, cellar master of the Champagne house Perrier-Jouët, reveals
the quintessence of the Chardonnay. |
