Aspect White gold, driven by a refined effervescence. Nose The Chardonnay, harvested by
hand in 2012 in the localities « Les Fourches » in Tours-sur-Marne (Grand
Cru) and « Les Fêteux » in Avenay-Val-d’Or (Premier Cru), is slowly unveiled with
delicate aromas of white fruits and candied citrus fruits. |
Palate Sensual balance at the opening, reinforced by a minimalist dosage with only 3 g/L of sugar added at disgorgement and enhanced by the radiant maturity thanks to 7 years of ageing on laths of the bottles with corks. Francis Picart, passionate
