Aspect Yellow, dense and bright, driven by a fine effervescence. Nose Elegant and radiant, deliciously
roasted, quintessence of the blending of the majority of Chardonnay (60%),
vinified and aged in oak barrels, with its notes of white fruits and candied
citrus fruits, and the Pinot Noir (40%), with its scents of red and black
fruits underlined by spices. |
Palate Ample and generous, highlighted by the vitality and the minerality of the chalk, it reveals its fullness, result of 7 years of ageing of the bottles on laths. For this cuvée Esprit Couture, first vintage edition,
Sébastien Walasiak, cellar master of the Champagne house Collet, selected 11 premiers
and Grands Crus to compose a heady interpretation of the year 2012. |
