Aspect Golden and intense, underlined by the dynamic effervescence. Nose Complex and generous aromas, between
red and black fruits, candied citrus fruits and delicate spices, sensual signatures
of the 3 champenois varietals (40% Chardonnay,
40% Pinot Noir and 20% Meunier), harvested by hand in the morning, in the Premier
Cru terroir of Hautvillers. |
Palate The bright purity, obtained by the absence of dosage (no sugar added at disgorgement), unveils a radiant delicacy. For this touching champagne
M&T 1 - Cuvée Nature,
Matthias Ean and Thomas Kim were able to press delicately their grapes in the
« Darcq Flamain » wooden press from 1888, and then to vinify them
without chaptalization, with the indigenous yeasts. |
