bead of bubbles. Nose: Radiant aromatic generosity. Outstanding and endless alternation of
aromas of red and black fruits, apple and pear compote, citrus fruits, exotic
fruits and white flowers, barely spicy, characteristic sign of the meeting of
the 3 champenois varietals (45%
Pinot Noir, 45% Meunier and 10% Chardonnay). |
Palate: Delicious balance between the liveliness, enhanced by the absence of
dosage (brut nature: no sugar added), and the sensual roundness, expression
of the maturity of the wine magnified by the prise de mousse yeasts, on laths, for 4 years, before
riddling and disgorgement. With this Cuvée Des Cèdres
composed of 40% of reserve wines, Charlotte Morgain Le Gallais, passionate
wine grower reveals all her talent of cellar master and offers us a
well-defined blended champagne, to discover absolutely. |
