Aspect:   Gold, crystal-clear.   Fine bubbles and delicate bead of bubbles.   Nose:   Radiant and sensual.   Endless compilation of fragrances of red and black fruits compote, coupled with gentle touches of spices, characteristic signs of the meeting inspired by the Pinot Noir (70%) and Meunier (30%), carefully harvested by hand in 2013.	Palate:   Brilliant vitality at the opening thanks to the selection of the purest juices during the pressing of the grapes with one of the oldest presses of Champagne and to the absence of dosage (no sugar added at disgorgement).   Sensual balance, result of 5 years of ageing on laths of the bottles.   With this Cuvée Eclipse, Maxime Oudart, cellar master, signs a touching champagne, source of intense pleasure.
