Aspect: Gold, brilliant. Refined and festive effervescence. Nose: Captivating. Initially marked by notes of white flowers and
citrus fruits, signatures of the majority of Chardonnay (70%) exclusively
from the plot « the Semons », and then more complex, with aromas of red
fruits thanks to the Pinot Noir (30%). |
Palate: Bright vitality, reinforced by the rigorous selection of the best
juices, during the soft pressing of the grapes carefully harvested by hand. Remarkable presence, always lively, supported by a magnificent
minerality and a silky effervescence. With this cuvée Les Semons,
Nathalie Briaux, inspired wine grower, was able to reveal the terroirs to offer us a heady
champagne. |
