Aspect: Golden and
intense. Bubbles of a
rare finesse. Nose: Endless farandole of
radiant aromas. Generous
scents of red and black fruits punctuated by delicate spices, signatures of
the Pinot Noir, carefully selected. Later,
roasted hints are unveiled, expressions of the maturity of the cuvée. |
Palate: Life-giving freshness thanks to the
particularly miscellaneous maturity in 2015 which enabled to preserve the
natural acidity of the grape. Remarkable presence, almost structured, highlighted by a sensual
wave, reinforced by the dosage with 9 g/L of sugar added at
disgorgement. With this cuvée Expression Organic, Alain Pailley, cellar master, signs the first
organic champagne of the Champagne house Alexandre Bonnet. |
