Radiant, original and

Aspect:
Bright colour with
emerald glints, result of the inspired blending of 82% of white wine and 18% of
red wine obtained by traditional vinification of the Pinot Noir selected on a
plot of old vines.
Fine and dynamic
bubbles.
Elegant bead of foam.
Nose:
Sensual and endless
aromatic compilation.
The fragrances of red
and black fruits (raspberry, strawberry, kirsch, blueberry, blackcurrant and
blackberry) driven by delicate spices, signatures of the majority of Pinot Noir
and Meunier, from time to time give way to mischievous scents of peach, apricot
and pineapple, touching characteristic sign of the minority of Chardonnay.
Palate:
Lively opening, obtained
by the rigorous selection of the first juices (cuvée), purer, during the soft pressing of the whole grapes,
underlined by the chalky minerality of the Premier Cru of Ludes, exclusive
origin of the grapes.
The mouth is revealed
soft and tasty, reinforced by the judicious fulfilment of the malolactic
fermentation of the base wines and by the accurate dosage, with 8 g/L of sugar
added at disgorgement.
Deliciously acidulous
finish.
Respectable length on
the palate.
With this Brut Rosé
Premier Cru, Alain Brixon was able to orchestrate with talent the osmosis of
years (50% of base wines from 2013 completed by 2012 and 2014), varietals and
of the red and white wines, to offer us a generous traditionally blended
Champagne rosé.
To taste from aperitif
to meal, with an ice-cream and red fruits, for example.
Founded in Ludes in 1932
by Georges Coquillard, the Champagne House Brixon Coquillard cultivates with
care its vineyard of 3.25 hectares, implanted in the Premier Cru terroirs of the Mountain of Reims,
between Ludes (3 hectares), Rilly-la-Montagne and Ecueil. Alain Brixon, third
generation, has been perpetuating with passion the family champenois traditions producing around 20,000 bottles per year of
authentic Champagnes, mainly sold to individuals.
