and raisin, characteristic signs of the meeting of the 3 champenois varietals (40% Pinot Noir,
40% Meunier and 20% Chardonnay).
Palate:
Vertiginous
purity of the minerality, reinforced by the minimalist dosage with only
2 g/L of sugar added during the dosage.
Great
length on the palate.
