Aspect:
Golden

crystal-clear.
Extremely fine bubbles.
Fine bead of foam.
Nose:
Complex and radiant balance, born from the blending of the
3 champenois varietals (Chardonnay,
Pinot Noir and Meunier), enhanced by a vinification of the base wines in oak
casks.

Palate:
Generosity and delicacy establish themselves at the opening, supported
by the particular minerality of the soils of the small Mountain of Reims.
Seductive flavours of honey and
caramel, expression of the long ageing of the bottles (9 years) on laths.
